This bench-top hand bender is designed to enable the user to bend complex semi-rigid coax cables for new design lay-outs or drafted blueprint configurations. Wrinkle free bends are accomplished with the infinitely adjustable slide bar assembly which maintains constant alignment with the desired radius wheel. Custom, non-standard radius wheels can be used as easily as the supplied standard .085 and .141 cable wheel set. The standard set ranges from .200 inch to .740 inch for .085 cable and .180 inch to .750 inch for .141 cable size.

The Panagraph Bender replaces the need for one-time bending fixtures. Once the first article cable is built and the dimensions recorded, subsequent production quantities are bent one leg at a time until all of the cables have the final bend incorporated. Slide bars accommodate cable or cable with connectors and are positioned in the panagraph for left or right-hand bends.
